Terms of Use
Last updated: May 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of cliniciangrowthos.com and any services provided by Clinician Growth OS (“we,” “us”). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Clinician Growth OS provides website trust audits, inquiry-route strategy, and related implementation services for therapy practices. Deliverables are diagnostic and advisory. We help practices clarify their public presence and inquiry paths; we do not provide clinical, medical, or legal advice.
No guaranteed outcomes
Our work can reduce friction in how prospective clients find, trust, and contact a practice, but results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of inquiries, new clients, revenue, or search rankings.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate practice and website information.
- Do not submit protected health information (PHI), client names, client stories, or sensitive clinical details through this site or our intake forms.
- Ensure you are authorized to request changes to the websites, profiles, and listings you ask us to review or work on.
Fees and payment
Service fees, including any founding-rate pricing or audit-fee credits toward implementation, are described at the time of engagement and confirmed in writing before work begins. Specific scope, timelines, and refund terms are set out in your individual engagement agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these general terms.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Clinician Growth OS. Deliverables we prepare for a client may be used by that client for their own practice. Our underlying methods, templates, and frameworks remain our property.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clinician Growth OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our deliverables. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Third-party tools
This site uses third-party analytics as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms (such as directories, booking tools, or hosting providers) that you choose to use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
